Guess it's too hard to put up a simple cancel button.

1. he didnt remove his credit card details
2. he didnt terminate the direct debit with his bank
3. he didnt cancel the sub via the shop
Its not darkfalls fault that someone dosnt understand the term "direct debit". A direct debit is setup with your bank and money is sent from your bank monthly without request.
in any other game you just hit the "cancel subscription" button and you don't have to worry anymore, is that just another hardcore aspect of the game, or what?

I apologise if i got this wrong as i havent read through all the other thread but if it's the guy that forgot his password.........Dont you need to log in with your password just to cancel your credit card details, and the sub shop? again i aplogise i havent read it but will go back and read it now
There is a cancel recurring subscription button on the products page, but I don't think it was always there. Billing management is actually handled by the publisher, AudioVisual. You shouldn't ever need to both cancel AND remove billing information in order to stop billing. You should be able to remove billing information as a matter of privacy/security, but should should also be able to just leave it there in the event you'd ever like to resubscribe.
In this case, the OP stated he he removed his billing information from his account. That being said, the OP is probably trolling, since he should be able to login to his online account and submit a support request from the support tab. I'm no longer a subscriber and I can still see and submit a support request.

I was curious and looked at your post history egotrip. I didn't go through the whole thing but the last 3 dozen posts were all here in the Darkfall Discussion.
If Darkfall was a person, you'd be the stalker digging through its trash.
Also, can you post something containing original thought for once? Oh h4rdcor3 haha I get it, its 1337 speak!! The vast majority of your posts are just googled images referencing an overused meme.
I know ad hominem is bad form but I don't care at this point. Take away one of my stars and lock the thread please.

You're right.
The first time I cancelled there wasn't a cancel recurring sub tab. The second time there was.
It's kind of dirty the way they do it though.
I almost cancelled my sub without cancelling the recurring part. It's a little box you have to check and I happend to notice it just as I was about to hit the button to finalize.
I'm not sure why you would need to check a box to stop the recurring charge when you're trying to cancel to begin with.

What is funny is that you're doing exactly what you're accusing me of.I never did nor do i ever plan to go through a persons post history just so i can use it against him, that would be stalking .Irony anyone?
And it's safe to say that if Darkfall was a person it would've produced so much trash to pollute a small country {Greece?} and that it would've kept a stalker busy digging through it 'till the end of the millenia.

And pls mods don't lock the thread because of one person pls just remove the post which you found offensive if there is one. It would simply be unfair to the OP to lock it. Let's not forget that if an account gets banned, it is still on the subscriber to cancel his subscription.
At least that is the way I understand it.
