WoW is going to be successful period. People are going to post things to ruffle feathers and to see how many responses they get.
We all know that WoW is going strong so far and the odds of it becoming vaporware are slimmer than all of us getting struck by lightening within the next 2 hours.

First:What the hell are you talking about when you say Vaporware? I don't think anyone knows. I sure don't. Second:The game is most likely not launching in a month. Those are all just estimates that stores and websites have made to build anticipation for the game. Or maybe it will, but Blizzard has NOT yet set a release date. Third: All of the classes that were guarenteed to be in release are, in fact, ready for release. Only thing that needs to be done is talents for 2 classes is it? I am pretty sure. Fourth: It is too late in the developement stage to pull the plug on this project. They have spent far too much time and money to give up on it now and I would be able to bet everything I have that this game will release eventually. Fifth:"It is better to keep your mouth shut and be thought of as a fool, rather than to open it and remove all doubt." Wow, do your research sweetie, ALL 9 classes were active in the game during the stress test, they are still balancing and touching them up but they are for the most part, complete, and will most deffinately be ready to go for release. A good example of vaporware would be Dragon Empires, they NEVER updated their website and I signed up for beta as soon as sign-ups were available, and havn;t heard a thing until not too long ago, it was cancelled. Blizzard is always sharing new information, and they have been the best in my experience as far as game developers tending to their customers needs.
Wow I haven't posted on this thread for a bit because of work but dang man it looks like you've been told. Next time you post a thread like this make sure no one else knows more about it than you or post it somewhere that no one will look. Maybe you shouldn't post at all....it may be in your best interest....but hey do what you will you have the freedom of speech as we have the freedom to laugh and point.
everyone said the same thing about eve. the truth is, with this type of game you can't possibly launch all the features you plan on. What is more there wil most defiinately be more features in the future. Wake up xira and others.....
I can never understand people like the starter of this thread, I am not looking forward to WoW as I am to EQ II but i never typed a bad word against WOW. Thing that buggles me, is why ppl do ??
You wont gain anything by "flaming" another game, dumb comments should be kept in a diary. Once you have played a game for more then a free trial period and least for 1-2 months then you can have an opinion if the game is good or bad for you. WOW and EQII have not been released yet and all I see are threads degrading both of them or childish attempts to show which game is better. Wait, buy it, play it, then come back and voice your honest opinion (if thats possible for some ppl) on how the game was for you, Simple .

But we also have to think about what happens near the end of a huge project like this. Currently they more than likely will have more than double the normal amount of developers working on this project now. So they will be able to impliment changes much quicker.
