I think "bridges got burnt" in Vanguard
at least with the mmo gaming community, similar to other past icons: Bill Roper, Richard Garriott
if Brad gets involved in creating a game again, he would do well to partner with other established names

Yeah, he won't have the following he had when he launched Vanguard. Any games he release in the future, people will not take his promises or words, they'll want to see a good, finished product at launch. Anything less than that, it won't work out well for him.
Lots of people followed Brad and his vision in Vanguard, lots bought into it. But lots also stayed as long as they did because they were told certain things. Anyways, I've always thought he had some good ideas, he just wasn't a good CEO. Next time let someone with a business degree run a business, and just be the executive producer or creative director for the game. That'd probably work out better for him.
