First of all, we all know that version 1.3 is coming out for North America, I know that for sure, and that's means that we'll be able to play it that means we'll have raids and crap like that.

But why are we crying, we have so much PvP and the Abyss endgame to look forward to, but I warn you about the Abyss, make sure....make sure to be at a high level.

Thats not the point, this guy said it was WoW 2.0 or whatever, and that he played enough on korean or whatever to understand the game.

WoW is basically 2 things and end game, raiding and arena PvP. Aion's raiding content is not out, and the PvP is the complete opposite to WoW style PvP, so therefore his comment has no validity.

You obviously haven't, because there isnt even end game raiding in Aion, and all of the PvP is open world rather than arena based, so I don't even know how you would come to that conclusion short of ignorance.

obviously u havent goten ur facts right. aion has end game raiding at lvl 50. theres also instances and what not lvl 45. read the new patch notes. 1.3 to be exact. aion is not all pvp based they just wanna say that pvp is where all the good gear/set come from. u can still get em from raids but they just arent as good as the pvp ones.

First off 1.3 isnt out yet, and secondly there still isnt any raiding content in 1.3. Aion only has instances similar to WoW's heroics (they have mini-raids that can be downed by a single party). There are some open world raids, but there's nothing like epics/24 man raids yet. I believe Colossus (the big one from the trailers) will be the first one, and it will likely be introduced in the first expansion (the next update after 1.3).

So there is no raiding content yet.

You don't need to be at a "high level" to hang out in abyss. Once you hit 25 you can jump right in and do missions there. Now I do suggest that if you can, hanging around where members of your faction are or with a friend. In some locations where your faction don't control, you could get shafted. People or are more hesatant to do a 1 on 2. Not only that two level 25's (Depending on class) can take out a 29+.

No it's not.  I played Wow and did not like it at all.  I like AION therefore your analysis is wrong (see it's all subjective).

Well before everyone falls into the "all is rosey" view of AION....I too would LIKE to be able to say glowing things about the beta, BUT.....

I was one of many people who pre-purchased the game (directly from NCSoft, mind you) and was told that this would give me access to the beta events, etc.  However, AION is presently having SO many server issues and issues with GameGuard (yes, AION uses GameGuard) that a sizeable number of people are unable to even log in to the game.  I was one of the unfortunate people.

The official beta boards are filled with log in issues and crash issues that get no official response.  I actually requested a refund (thankfully I paid via PayPal, and I'm glad they offered that as an option).  NCSoft did, to their credit, refund my money.

Personally....I think I will try NOT to make another Warhammer mistake and just wait to see how everything "irons out" upon release.  I too have been waiting a couple of years for this game, and I don't want to give up on it just YET.  But saying everything is all "peachy keen"....is a bit of an overstatement, I do believe.  Of course yes....it's still in beta.  Which is why I won't say "never" just yet.

Well the game still needs work but compaired to what we been getting the past few years Aion is a vast improvement. Ofcourse not everyone will agree but Aion is going to have alot of success.
