We need an "I hate Darkfall" sticky thread on this board.
There are more internet lawyer and business consultants on these boards then I could ever imagine. Every thread is plagued with harsh words for the developers of DF and critisicm about the business model for the company who made this game. Personally I believe all the hater and critics of this game should keep all thier posts in one thread like the "I hate darkfall thread" so people who accaully come here to talk about the game (you know like the fans who come to an mmo fan site) can get a word in egde wise without being bombarded by haters. Haters of this game have a right to post about it, but really it can all be in one thread, there is way, way to much nay-saying spilling over into threads that they really the dont belong in. Really there is no excuse for this.
So use this thread as the I hate Darkfall thread, put all your negative thoughts about the game here so other haters of this game can come to one place to talk about thier deep hatred for this game.

There have been serious discussions with the MMORPG. com moderators to have a own "DF troll" section here. Were haters and trolls can discuss the game and features.

actually... what we, darkfall players, would like to see... is one consolidated thread, where lying, unrealistic fanbois post, and they are not allowed to post anywhere else.
the LIES about the game and everything surrounding it, spouted constantly by fanbois (and/or tasos and friends) is mind-numblingly assanine.
oh, you can do this and that in darkfall. oh darkfall was released feature complete. oh you're stupid, of course you can't get a link on darkfall's HOMEPAGE to purchase the game, you have to search in the forums TO BUY THE GAME. oh, it's only a thousand or two people that are having billing issues; that's a very small percentage of the people who have purchased darkfall.

"accaully" is that supposed to say actually? It doesn't help your case about people enjoying darkfall, if by representing them you don't spell correctly. At least you didn't say all the people who post negative threads are rediculous, that would of been sweet though.
People are allowed to post and say they do not like Darkfall if they in fact do not like Darkfall. It has a lower rating then an MMO has gotten on this site in a long time, clearly a lot of people dislike it. Why should everyone who hates the game not be allowed to express their opinions to others who are looking for opinions on the game? Does this mean you also realize Darkfall is a disaster, and the only way to get new players into the game is to hide all the truthfully negative comments about the game?

fanboi is NOT the same as fan, or player.
THIS is the section for fans and players.
fanbois are the ones that cannot refute factual information without either lying, or resorting to a smear campaign.
there is a WORLD of difference, and i take an extreme amount of offense at anyone that either says i'm not a fan/player, or that groups me in with fanbois.
the fanboi liars need to stick to the official darkfall forums, where tasos leads the choir in lying about, well, everything.
i have yet to see one fanboi provide anything factual, which refutes the awfullness that surrounds everything associated with darkfall. the closest i've seen, is they claim something is their opinion and hide behind that. BUT, if an opinions is in opposition to factual information; then, that is no longer an opinion and it is simply a lie.
so to reiterate.... without fanboi lies, there would be no "haters" and normal discussion about darkfall could happen.

Since you are obviously a fan, maybe you should learn to accept that Darkfall is a game that is viewed by more people as inferior in the MMO market and not try to censor people.

Here's the FIRST thread made by a fan to discuss the problems they see in DFO. That's right, there's two threads of the exact same topic made by fans. That's two threads more then I've seen on the first two pages worth of threads dedicated to just the problems with the game. Both of them made by fans. I guess it's ok to be negetive in your own thread as long as you defend the game in another?

How about this thread. It managed to attract a whopping four repsonces with only two people other then the op posting in it.
Hate to burst your bubble there bud, but fans aint exactly blowing up the forum here with deep, intellecual threads on the game.
Not sure if you've noticed, but the number of peope that post here that actually like, or are willing to try the game is an extremely small minority. Maybe you haven't noticed, but most people that try the game end up coming away disliking it.
You've been playing three weeks. You should probably hold off on demanding forum segregation until you've played a bit longer and decided if you're really going to stick around. Most people seem to go about a month or two and then the game turns sour on them. Most of the people that come away disliking it never say that they didn't have fun. Fun isn't the problem, it's the lack of anything to keep magority of people playing for an extended period of time. It's incredibly shallow nature of the game, hacks, and exploits that's been turning a lot of people off. Not a complete lack of fun. I've said it several times, the game can provide a great fist impression, it's the later impression that isn't so good. When you realise that you've been killing the same mobs for two or three months or doing the same meaningless pvp.
Basically.
Three weeks down the road you could be in a possition were you've put your foot in your mouth by making this thread.

If you read the threads you have linked, most ended up in a flame war. I doubt it's because there is only a small community that like DarkFall that you see very few posts, it's most likely because most fans don't wish to be attacked by all those "I bet you haven't played the game yet", "WTF are you talking about DF sucks" and many more. Maybe the idea to relocate all the rage into 1 single sticky topic would be a good idea.

Take a look at the topics of almost all of the threads on this forum.
Now direct me to the ones that are supposed to be discussions about the game by fans.
Most every post is either STARTED by someone that dislikes the game, or are open ended to the point that they aren't intended as discussion about the game for fans.
My point wasn't that threads get derailed or turn into flaming.

Most of the fanatics that defend the game with the brilliant, and oh so thought provoking, IT'S FUN, aren't any better then the "haters".
There is an overwhelming magority of people that dislike the game, and not just here.
The fans are a severe minority around here, and without the "haters" this forum would be dead.
I can also put it like this.
There's NOTHING to talk about with this game.
What are you going to discuss? Character build? Everyones building the same character. Loot? Everyone's getting the same loot. PvE? There isn't any. PvP? It's the same thing over and over and over. It's an incredibly shallow game; there's very little to even talk about.
You tell me.
What kind of a discussion would you like to have, here, about the game?
PS: I'm sorry, you're wrong. It's a VERY small community of people here that actually like the game. Did you know that there are even some people that will post in def. of the game here, but on the official forums they have a lot of negative things to say about the game.
Perhaps, in view of the circumstances, we might discuss 'what went wrong'? With a clear majority condemning DFO -- not specifically stating them to be correct, mind you -- it's safe to say the game has obviously not achieved the success it set out to achieve. At what point(s) did the game fail the nay-sayers? Surely, at one point, DFO had amassed a disproportionally large following for an indie developed game and there must have been a viable reason for that. Where and why did you jump off the band wagon? If you are still happily riding along, what do you think would have made people jump?
