I've been playing the preview weekends as a chanter. I wanted to make some macro's and couldn't get them to work. I looked at the macro tool set, and the help they provided. I even tried to use one of the examples they gave. They did NOT work.
Am I more retarded that I think? Is the macro system not working properly cause it's beta?
Any help is welcome. ty.

You're kidding right? As a healer, macro's are pretty much indispensable.....I've been useing them for 10 years over many many mmo's.

Anyway, I'm hearing elsewhere that the macro's ARE in fact working. Which means I AM an idiot....any other help maybe?

Did you try aion betaboards? You might find some help there or at aionsource.com. Hope that helps.

macros are very situational most of the time. knowing which ones to use, tailoring them just right, and using them at the right time is the mark of a superior player
I was trying to get a heal macro to work with my cleric, and couldnt for some reason. It'll help me stay up with those younger and finger-dextrous teenage players
alright, so there seems to be some consensus. the targeting is NOT working as intended.
Targeting is THE most important part of the macro for me. I usually dont make macro's w/ more than 2 spells....so.
