Please help about beta key

in Aion

i have recenyly pre ordered aion and i would very much like to try the beta but i do not think i was given the beta key, my questions are whether or not the key is given on the receipt, and if not where can i receive my beta key.  Also where am i able to download the game.

    Where did you pre-order? The beta key will not be on the receipt, you should have received a pre-order package containing a card which would have your key on the back.

    If you did not receive this, it is likely they either forgot, or had already run out.

     It depends were you ordered,dont forget some companies did not give away the pre-order bonus,simply you could pre-order the game,best if you give more information.

    Depends where you pre ordered from.

    i pre ordered from EBGAMES . and in the my purchases it showed me the key and told me how to access the beta and download the client.

     

    All depends where you get it from.  

    PS - All mammals have nipples.

    Get over it already.

    I pre ordered it from Gamestop, should they have given me the package?

    or is it that only a few gamestops were able to give them out?

    If you preordered in person, you should have been given a preorder case with a card inside.  I can't speak for pre-ordering online from them.

     Give them a call/e-mail and ask were your key is,if they dont come through then go to another website that does give keys,I understand you want to try the game 1st or I would say to go with NCsoft pre-order,the only thing with them is you have to buy the game and pay upfront....not a problem if like me you have already played and know how good the game is.

    Yes, if you purchased it in store. If you purchased it online I am told they would have sent it via email.

    Chances are if you didn't get one in store that they had run out, as some of the smaller shops are only alotted a very small number of pre-order packages based on their smaller sales figures.

    If you ordered online, be sure to check your JUNK mail.  An email could be hiding there.

    If you pre-ordered through the online store the keys should have been attached to the bill that was email to you.  If you did not receive the keys send an email to Gamestop's customer support and they will make sure you receive one.
