Any Games Left?

Im looking for a game that would fit my playstyle and needs. I loved DAOC but its getting to be a low pop game anymore and most of my friends have quit. I want something that is fun at PVE, grouping and solo but not really a noticable grindfest with a very fun PVP background. I tried many games out and nothing really jumps out and says HELLO at me. Also would like a game with a player housing, mounts weather it be ground, flying or boats. Any suggestion would be great.
