Payment Plan
A more versatile payment plan is being considered, based on 30-day payment cycles. This would allow billing to be on a daily instead of monthy cycle and help avoid users paying for unused time. It will also lessen the inconvenience of the regularly scheduled billing maintenance. Importantly it will allow people to register and delete characters at any time, something currently unavailable in Final Fantasy 11.
HOW would that work is my question? I dont know about you but I really dont want to check my bank account daily to see if I have enough to play the game or not.

exactly what it says.. instead of being prorated and billed on the 1st you would be billed 30 days after you sign up... and 30 days after that... and 30 days after that... ad nauseam.
Honestly it sounds more like we carge you X for 30 days of play time, then When you log in even for 30 seconds on a Day they will Subtract 1 day for the bill. So if you only play 15 days your not charged till that 30 days is up... But the other guy is probably right :P
