Is there an ENGLISH European server or not ?

I've been looking around the web for over an hour to find if there is a Last Chaos server located in europe.

I found out that gamigo had launched european server, but although most of the articles mention an ENGLISH server, the servers gamigo launched are in German, Spanish, French and Polish...

Does anyone know if there is an ENGLISH server?
