hahaha yeah i like eq but I dont think I like it that much. Being a dork is cool as long as your a closet dork. I don't want to announce to the world that I spend 30+ hours a week playing in an alternate world.
although that hat would be pretty spiffy on your desk I think thats as public as I would ever get.
I haven't pre-ordered for EQII for the simple reason that I don't know that I'm going to want to play it. I'm still a very active Everquest player and I am still finding alot of fun in that game. I do hope to get into the EQ2 beta and if I like what I see, then I might order it then. I've spent my $49 one to many times on a game that I played for a week or two only to let it collect dust upon my self.
I've pre-ordered two copies from the same store. Odd that some people say you get the game faster mail ordering rather than pre-order from the store. I've pre-order a few different MMORPGs from stores, and alway received my games the same time the servers open up to the public. As a side note, my boxes have always been prestine as well.
i preordered it a long time ago....i need to update my shipping methinks. that would suck for me to wait all this time and then not get it for 5 days after realease cuz i wanted to save 5 dollars on shipping....

I pre-ordered mine from the store. It gives me that rare opertunity to see the people in my area who will be playing the game...and realize why i shouldnt spend too much time playing these games...but dangit they are so freaking addicting...ARG...

I work for Gamestop, and I have pre-ordered through my store. We generally get the games 2 days before the release date, and I will be installing me before hand, and waiting two days until the servers are ready....
I am really suprised how many people have pre-ordered, I relaly thought the "no's" would blow away the "yes's" looks like SOE has already made a lot of money with this

yeah pennywise, you should update your mailing, I think next day air is the only way to go when it comes to games.
