in World of Warcraft

Is WoW going to have a monthly subscription fee? or is it going to be like the Diablo/Starcraft series where you pay for the game and can play on-line for free? I know this is probably a stupid question, but this will be my first mmorpg, and from my understanding, mmorpg's usually have a monthly free.

    That question has been answered a few threads below yours, altho Im still gonna answer....Of course it will have a fee.

         Yes as far as I know all mmorpg's have a monthly fee and I'm not sure but I don't think that WoW is a bnet game....

    Monthly fee to play, however there hasn't been a set price as to how much per month yet.

         Yea i would  guess that it'll be around 10-13 a month. Thats just my estimate though.

    My guess is $14.95 (USD) per month.  That's pretty much the price of all of the latest MMOs to come out.
