im at work right now and while im here i like to check out the plaer auction sites because im bored out of my mind. i was on one and someone is acctualy selling a wow closed beta account for $600.00. thats kind of retarded in my opinion. not only is it a beta but there will be a wipe any day now for open beta. and even if there wasnt it is supposed to go retail in a month. yes im bored thats why im posting this image

    Retarded....sure, and so is playing Everquest for 4 years, but people do it.

    Betas are also sold on Ebay.

    Yeah, thats really dumb. Paying 600$ for an account thats whiped in days. I've seen AC accounts go for 5k+ before. And I've seen the best AC armor in the game go for 5k (only 1 per server) and they duped it, got caught, and it was deleted.

    In my personal opinion, this is a game and not worth paying for a beta account.  It amazes me what some people will do for beta accounts of a given game.  Sounds like some don't have any common sense, or have a ton of money to blow, but still with the NDA's on most games, I would think those accts. would not work if bought from an auction.

    I dunno, perhaps I'm dumb but I cherish my funds more then that.........giggles   image
