Aion Beta question please help

If I pre order Aion from direct2drive will I be able to play in the beta asap? and will I have to pay 15% to play in the beta or is the beta free for one month?. how does it work?. I currently quit playing WoW and I figured sense I am bored with it why not spend 35$ + a 15$ subscription to get Aion and try it out instead. it looks really good. Another question I have is Aion in English format when I download the beta?. One more question is Aion a free for all PvP game?. I haven't really read up on it too much and really never gave it a chance but I watched a few youtube videos and it looks promising. Thanks for answering these questions.

mm pre order from ncsoft directly (closest to you )
dont use usa ncsoft if your in europe
for other site i dont know
but i do know you ll get a key for the game
no key no beta
i heard some pre-ordered online on verious site but never got key
so i would stick to ncsoft if you dont have an ebgame or other authorised pre-order store
Direct2drive is safe to pre order right?. Will I get a cd key for the beta and will I be able to get into beta guaranteed?.

Theorically yes if they still have pre-order keys avaiable, only someone that bought from them will be able to confirm you that, or their support.
The only drawback for me is not being able to beta the game when and how long I want. I don't know if I want to pre order and pay 46.99$ and only be able to play on certain dates that are very far spread apart. That is kinda lame in my opinion.

if you want to play the game buy it, if you want to play beta then try to get a key somewhere if you cant
you will probably have to wait a year orso till the 14 day free trial.

I know it is beta, but in the past beta was a ongoing process not 3 days here and 3 days the next two weeks and so forth. That's all I am getting at. I've been in almost every beta sense 1998 so I know what a beta is. I just don't wanna pay for a pre order when I am only going to beta it for one more day then have to wait almost two weeks to beta it again.

It's not really a beta. It's a preview event, and a little stress test.
Compact, focused testing times are ideal for that sort of thing.
The game has already gone through multiple major revisions in Korea, where it has been released for almost a year.
