DDR@ 1066 Running at 399 MHZ?

My DRAM frequency is 399MHZ, is this normal for ddr2 1066?

    Did you use CPU-Z to test your RAM speed? if so it means your RAM is running at 800MHZ and I suggest going into BIOS to change it.
