Having some trouble with my rig.

This is the first desktop that I have put together myself and am extremely paranoid I am going to end up buying parts that are not compatible. I also have to keep everything as close to $1,000 as possible. I have a case that is ATX and is pretty large. I also need to put a fan on the back, I already have one picked out and turned out to be $5. I also plan to use my TV as a screen.

I still need to get a cd/dvd drive, keyboard, mouse, and a headset which I will preferably go for a cheap one atm.

I believe that is everything. If I have missed something please let me know.

 

I would like to get some feekback on what I've listed above as well as some things I could change to make it a little cheaper possibly or recommendations.
