Game developers piss me off

I admit I have not been following Darkfall as closely as I was pre-release because I had pretty much given up hope that they were even going to fix the bugs that are in this game but this really pisses me off. You know what gets me more angry than arrogant game developers that love shoving steaming piles of crap in your face and telling you to buy it?
I get even more pissed off when game developers ban or encourage the decrying of legitimate player complaints and criticisms towards the steaming piles of crap that they shove in their face and then proceed to add and fix the very things they were complaining and criticising and act as if they had been planning to do it all along.
Lets just take a look at this list shall we?
. Crafting price Adjustments - People were complaining about this since beta started
. Player Housing - People were trying to find out why this hadn't been implemented yet
. The Village System - Same as above
. Darkfall's Weather System - They promised this would be in at release
. The Nexus System - Yet again this was promised at release and this isn't even what they promised, it was supposed to be some sort of 'intricate' system where you could end up dying along the way instead of being instantly teleported easily
. All figurines (mounts, cannons, warhulks, ships) have had their weight considerably increased. - Quite a few people thought this figurine idea was ridiculous and there was a general consensus that they should have some weight so people can't easily carry them
Most of the other ideas just look like some silly gimmicks to me and I'm seeing more of this kind of attitude in developers everywhere ( Not just Aventurine ) with the way they communicate with Darkfall, it isn't just these guys that do it, but its pissing me off even more than the corporates because they just have zero respect for the player base.
Quoting people doesn't make you clever, in fact, it makes you all the more stupid for not bothering to read the quotes you post in the first place.

So from your logic I guess they should of aknowledged the missing features that players wanted and let 100 "I want housing" posts on the forums?
Or simply not introduce these features, since they supposedly in your logic "didnt plan them to be included at all"
You don't seem to get it, this wasn't about spam, they simply banned people who had legitimate complaints or criticisms and this was something that we all got together on one thread about and discussed, doing this kind of thing basically acknowledges that we were right but they happily still keep the ban status' up.
Either learn to read or do your research its amazing how many people here don't do either.

I do not agree on how Av manages their game and mostly dont agree with their rabid fanboys, but you have one agressive stance.
Are you sure you dont like darkfall?, cuz as it seems you fit perfectly in.

No those are the conclusions I came upon after logically untangling your little original complaint.
I have had a few threads on the official forums criticizing some decisions, especially related to the grind. Out of those perhaps 1 or 2 were closed, and I was never warned or banned for any of them.
Upon re-reading your OP perhaps the problems you and others ran into is the failure to put together a comprehensive thought out post that was anger free. And then not spamming it over and over once it does get closed..

Okay, I'm starting to feel bad for AV.
The people they banned, I'm guessing were either
A) posting the complaint for the 9 millionth time
C) It was posted incorrectly (wrong section etc.).
Either way I've seen this a thousand times and knows how it goes. You get one side of the story (the banned party's) and not the other. Of course this side we're seeing is half-assed and missing a lot of detail.
Apart from that, you're now making this post which says:
"Stupid AV, I'm pissed at you for fixing your game!"
Well what the hell do you want them do? That's all I want to know. Should they have allowed the posters who were probably breaking some kind of forum rule, be it stupid or not, to continue breaking it? Or maybe left the game a mess because fixing it would piss you off? What do you want them to do as game developers?
Personally, I want them to apologize for all the shoddy stuff they've done, fix the game (which they're doing now), put out a free trial, make it so you can buy the game, and drop the price to something more reasonable, 30 dollars would work fine.

PS. Please, unless you have screenshots of some of these deleted posts don't just say "Well the posts were fine! They didn't swear or anything!" I don't doubt there were posts like this, but they're probably the ones that didn't garner player's attention and are still undeleted.

They are all over this board and others, and if you actually followed the Dorkfail forums you saw them on the "official" forum also.
Dork-n-Fail's mods are famous for canning anything that is the least bit anti-Dorkfail and to say otherwise lends no credibility to your opinion or statements.
And you wonder why they do it, looking at your immature and aggressive post. These types of threads start flamewars all the time/

Just because my opinion of a bunch of Nazi mods doesn't match your love fest idea of them you claim I am being "agressive" LOL, man to be a young adult / teenager again that has no clue about the real world.
