Looking for 'Free to Play' MMORPG

Hi. I am looking for a Free to Play MMORPG. I have played Entropia - but the graphics arent all that and the community isnt that tight. Ive also played Wurm - but its a bit too indy for me.

What I'd like is a good community and less grind with dynamic world like Wurm where you can build houses etc ...

Any suggestions?
