I see that under they sys req the xbox symbol is there. Will this game be released on xbox at the same time as pc?

Not at same time, no. Next spring on Xbox I believe.
Unfortunately the Champions Online site is not the best source of information for things like this...

Atari's earnings statement says the game will be released on "PC in September 2009, X-Box in Q3" of its 2009/2010 fiscal year. Atari's financial year runs from April to March, which would put release of the 360 version sometime between October and December of this year.
Probably about the same time that Age of Conan is supposed to be released on the Xbox 360 (which was funcoms plan ....until the PC version was released and the subscription numbers plummeted soon thereafter)
worth noting that the xbox and PC versions will be using different UIs
