Server Confused (Need advice)

Here is my situation:
I played Warhammer at launch.
I enjoyed it. I like to play on RP servers, because I enjoy the idea that many people there are a little more mature. I only define RP as doing and saying what your character would do. Not anything big, however I prefer names be organic seeming to the world than Seph1r0th or something.
Have been away since the server merges.
I used to think Pheonix Throne had it going on. Back at the start, it seemed that Order was really organized (at least from my perspective).
I log in today, I am told that server is low population, and I should transfer (again).
I just want two servers:
One for Order, that seems to have good grouping/player
One for Destruction (likewise in traits)
I prefer "RP" or at the least "Core"
I just got on Vortex, which I had MERGED TOO, and was told this was a low pop and my characters have been moved. However, it let me on. I didn't see where my characters were moved too (This is the only place I seem to have destruction characters).
It was a VAST wasteland. I felt like I was completely alone.
So any suggestion for my new "Home"?

Additionally, Idon't even think skavenblight is coming up as a choice anymore.

You got a popup message to move off of phoenix throne, because it is a low population server?
I believe so. I have the option to 'transfer' and to 'copy' as well on this server, the characters.
However, whats weird is that I can transfer from skavenblight TOO pheonix throne.
I have order on pheonix throne if that matters.
Today, I just played on Vortex, which seemed entirely empty.
I believe pheonix throne is the only RP server left now. I'm actually looking for someone, or people, to get back into the game and start fresh. I was looking at Iron Rock, I don't really care which side I play on, if you're interested in joining so you have someone to play with.
The only servers visable from the 10 day trial are..
Wondering if these are the ones they plan on keeping. The population on some of these are awful low. Kinda hoping they would shut down the rest of the servers so there is less confusion. Curious why Ironfist, Monolith, Magnus, Ungrim and Ostermark are not included in the servers visible from the trial select screen. Possibly another round of closures? If someone can confirm which servers are gonna be sticking around (for sure) i'd appreciate it.
With that said, i'm also a little pissed about this hopping around mess myself. Each time I return it seems i have to pick a new server to play on.
Perhaps im suffering from a bit of MMO-Burnout tho..
::Edit:: Yeah, I confirmed it.. Ironfist, Mono, Magnus, Ungrim and Ostermark have all merged!! I was playing on mono and ironfist.. This game is pissing me off..
Just go Iron Rock... it's a core server. Has the highest population... only one i will see that will hit high pop at times. I would suggest Dark Crag for 2nd server but it's a ORvR... but its pretty much as big as Iron Rock.
Just a side note, you can transfer any character to a server, at any time, any number of times that you want, provided the character is under level 11 (I think it's 11). So that alone isn't an indicator of the server's population. Now, depending on what time of day you logged in, Phoenix Throne may have shown up as low/low, but it would be odd. Phoenix Throne is one of the highest population servers out there, and has a great community (not that I'm biased or anything, hehe). And yeah, Vortex was just offered server transfers to some of the others I think (Volkmar, Gorfang, and maybe Iron Rock?), so makes sense that it would be empty.
