So I've tried the following games within the past two years,
World of Warcraft
Maplestory
Rohan
Fly for Fun
R.O.S.E. Online
Silk Road
1. The most important aspect, to me is smooth, clean, colorful and vivid animations. I'm looking for a game with as smooth animations and scripting as World of Warcraft, I'm not exactly sure as to how to explain this. I get plenty of FPS in any game, however World of Warcraft, I can actually sense the smooth flow of the animation of the walking, jumping, when I stop walking it actually recovers from it and not just turns into an inanimate character, etc. Also, the graphics must be clean, like World of Warcraft, yet again. Comparing Rohan and World of Warcraft, you can see very good detail in the character, solid coloring and vivid images depicting what is what in World of Warcraft. Lots of colors, and you know what everything represents, this a rock, this a tree, etc. Rohan, everything looks half scripted, animation is choppy, nothing like World of Warcraft. Rohan has sudden animation changes, blah; I hate that and no jumping.
2. Another key aspect is the controllability of the game, I've played games where you cannot jump; though this is only a minor aspect and I do not mind it as much as anything else, the ability to jump is a plus. However, a key thing that I absolutely must have in terms of controllability, is the ability to move with your keyboard. I am sick and tired of finding an MMORPG where all I do is click, click, click to move around. I want to use both my hands, and actually interact with them; instead of eating a pizza with my left hand and pointing and clicking like I'm studying or something.
3. The style of game is very important to me, whether it has PvP or not, it does not matter; I just want something to enjoy my spare time on, though I do happen to have a lot of spare time. With the exception of World of Warcraft, I have never actually enjoyed an MMORPG that didn't have the cute feel to it as games like Fly for Fun and R.O.S.E. did. It just got boring to me, I just happen to like the anime style design, I guess; a plus for this, most definitely.
4. No super messed up economies, after playing Maplestory, I have been a phobiac of bad economies. For example, in Maplestory you cannot compete to have the best damage and items unless you are one of the two. A player from early, early BETA or someone who plays 24/7, or knows someone that does. You literally would walk into the Free Market and everything you need to buy to compete at a high tier damage dealing is around 1billion. And just to let you know for those who don't, Bishops make the most money on Maplestory and at level 120 is when people actually get their first million mesos. Now imagine that. I'd rather not play a game where I have to create a class, to make money, to recreate the same class with stronger stats due to the fact I have better items, to make the class that I wanted to begin with two years ago. I hope you get the just of this, and I know a lot of MMOs have bad economies, but as long as it's not as bad as Maplestory.
5. The second most biggest thing to me, along side the first most important (stable animations) is the release date of the game. Though it doesn't have to be something that came out recently I'd love to play a game where it will be being released for the first time in a day, to a week later. Maybe even months if I get desperate enough. Also, released just a few days/weeks/months ago is fine too; though I don't need to be one of the first players, I'd love to be on top of the game for once in my life.
6. If payment is a must, I probably won't play it; however please do reccommend it regardless, if it's not too much I'll think about it. I quit World of Warcraft due to it's money greedy prices.
So that about sums it up for what I'd love to play. I hope someone could help me find the game of my choice, I don't care about how fast you level how long it takes, this; that. I just want a cute MMO with anime style graphics that will last me for the rest of the few years I will have free time. I'm just tired of looking around and finding nothing after hours and hours of download. Thanks in advanced. I truly appreciate it.

Sounds like Aion would fit in just fine. You will have to pay though, but it has some of the smoothest animations I've ever seen in an mmorpg. It's very easy to control, and has a high-fantasy style. Everything is polished, and the economy isn't fuxxored. I heard rumors of items costing 50+ million, but that was back when almost no one was level 40+. Besides, you have your first million quite fast.
It will release in late september, with early-access for pre-orders.

Thanks for the reply. I have been reccommended Aion before, and now that I think about it; I am looking for more of a free game. I'd love to play Aion, and it looks like the absolute perfect game for me, but I can't seem to find myself to give up money for MMOs. I do however, appreciate the help. Thanks alot for the rrecommendations, and if anyone else has suggestions I will take them all.
I saw pandorasaga at mmorpg today www.mmorpg.com/discussion2.cfm/thread/244910/2-New-F2P-MMORPGS-to-keep-an-eye-out-for.html may be for you
Guildwars is worth a look even if it is a few years old. Only problem there is that you jump like a white guy in a spike lee movie, not at all.
Upcoming Aion is probably what you are looking for but the free2play game "Runes of magic is also worth a look, animestyled wow clone with housing. Only F2P game that actually is somewhat fun to play.
