Wonderking Crash to Desktop

So i got a beta key for this game and thought might aswell try it, but after i installed the game and patched it, gameguard loads up and the game screen loads then after about 5 seconds on the title screen it just goes back to dektop with no crash error or anything if anyone knows what's causing this please help, ive tried running in compatibility mode but then i get a gameguard error.(Im Using Windows 7 (7600)
