Anyone ever used the Princeton Review books to study for the LSAT?

Just wondering if anyone on here has an idea of how accurate the "practice" exams from the Princeton Review book is at predicting your actual LSAT score?

Currently playing:
LOTRO & WoW (not much WoW though because Mines of Moria rocks!!!!)

Looking Foward too:
Bioware games (Dragon Age & Star Wars The Old Republic)

Well there stuff is pretty dam good for the SAT and based on their reputation I would assume any of their books would be good. My firends scored either higher or about the same as the review test so i say go for it.

Hold on Snow Leopard, imma let you finish, but Windows had one of the best operating systems of all time.

If the Powerball lottery was like Lotro, nobody would win for 2 years, and then everyone in Nebraska would win on the same day.
And then Nebraska would get nerfed.-pinkwood lotro fourms

They are generally well received by customers. The LSAT is similar to other standardized tests. The best way to study for it is to take the practice tests over and over and over again to increase your times and familiarity. If you find one aspect is giving you more trouble, focus on that one more than  the others.

I have heard some not great things about the courses, but the books are fine.

I was considering going to Law school in a year or two and so I took the practice test and was wondering how reliable it was.  I scored a 172 on the practice exam that I took.

If you're getting a 175 on the practice exam, you should be fine.  Most schools start acceptance with the mid 140's; with the higher-end institutions, like Duke, starting with 162.

Like Fish said, Princeton Review is generally well received.  Additionally, I've known a number of people who simply poured through logic puzzles and came away with decent scores.

I wouldn't worry about courses until you're prepping for the Bar (in that case, they're worth every penny).  : )

    Good luck!
