Avatars !!

I've spent about 2hrs on the web trying to find an Avatar generator or something for a cool picture i want to use as my own avatar. Im not so good with any photoshop or other paitning programs so all i need i a Avatar generator of some kind..  Please help me, i don't want to enter the evil pornographic web again for a long time search without any hits!
