Ofc technically every stockholder who sells a single share is a "owner" of the company. So the OP was carefully not to be catched. The question is why OP lies? Or it was OP manipulating the stock price?

Pray tell, how does the stock go back up in value unless other people are buying it? Just because the officers sell then re-purchase (totally legal BTW) the stock won't go back up unless people are placing puts at a price above the asks.

Insider trading is listed on exchanges so you can see what has been bought and sold. If other shares have traded hands between an officer's sale and buy then there is no way that they are manipulating the value unless they are using shill buyers like some games from Europe use shill fawnbois.

So agreed, how about some proof? Otherwise I hope that you open your front door to a sheriff serving you a subpeona to appear in court on charges of libel.
