Personnaly im going for the smallest size, so ppl have a hard time target me in pvp. But its no so different from example WOW, where you can be a gnome (smallest) or a tauren (biggest)
Actually your target hit bounding box is the same size regardless of your player size, so this won't matter. However, being smaller may be beneficial to avoid getting ganked often since it would be harder for other players to see your character from a distance. If it did really matter, you'd want the tanks to be huge and the casters to be small.
There may be a small advantage in the distance sight, especially if the ganker has a computer set to a lower draw distance. Possibly also if they are a click and shoot type instead of tab target (or whatever nearest enemy is set to). With skilled players, you could be a mouse and die quick.
It would be wrong to assume that everyone that makes a small avatar is doing so to get the upper hand in pvp combat. People just have to accept that some people like to play small type characters/races. Dwaves, gnomes, imps and, of cause, in this setting, fairies, pixies and sprites. Not everyone wants to play a 6foot giant:)
The first time I saw the smallest character I thought it was someone's pet They are kinda odd looking... But that would be kinda cool if you are a dual-boxer... hard to notice the little one... matter of fact I might do that... Name it Minion of Asmos or somethng like that if you are a caster!

QFT. I've always done this in MMO's. Mainly because they look stupid and piss me off. lol
Well, I suppose people have to work out their demons some way.
haha, nah. Kinda over-exaggerated a little but they do kinda annoy me. >.<

Lol at all the people going "it's harder to click". Do people seriously still click? There's this thing called tab, you know.
