VERY Confused

I pre ordered, got the beta key, got an account, entered the beta key, was sent to fileplanet, downloaded the download manager, downloaded the game file.  Now, the download manager says locked until beta key is entered.  It says to click button to go to information page.  After that, everything seemed really screwed up to me.  Page popped up with dozens of game stuff advertised by fileplanet.  I seemed to have created a second beta key.  I don't know.  data files are downloaded on my computer but the application button doesn't seen to do anything except to pop up a small black window for a half a second.

    Same thing happened to me in Fallen earth beta, you just have to wait, the file wil be unlocked in time for the beta event.

    game is locked and will only be able to install on the 17th

    The game is locked, and won't be unlocked until the 17th, that is why it's doing what it's doing.

    You're fine you just wait until the 17th.

    It's funny isn't it.You pre-order your game and still you get only pop-ups.Well...three days at least. :)
