Concerned about the NDA

I noticed there were some negative posts on this site. A day or 2 later they were removed with a big NDA is still active post being added by the moderator. Its now 2 days before the presale beta begins and the vendor is agressively promoting lifetime subscriptions but no one is free to talk about the game. Normally if things are going well, the NDA is dropped well before release. I hope they are not trying to cover up bad news.
I have not played the game and am not in Beta. I am hoping its a good game and have pre-ordered it. I am just a little concerned by all the secrecy and attempts to stifle information from flowing out about the game.

I don't think you need to be concerned. On Monday you'll get to try it yourself if you got the the OB key with your pre-order.
The NDA drops on the 17th and lifetime sub offers are open till the 30th, so if you're smart you'll wait until you've had a chance to play, or at least read what people have to say before you buy one.
Actually this is pretty much business as usual as far as the NDA goes. They remain in effect until open beta and open beta is generally 2 to 4 weeks before the game goes live.
