Are the Aion servers down in the morning or something?

This is probably a stupid question, but i just need to know...

Ive woke up early the past two days of the CB6 and havent been able to log into the game, it says the servers are down, and then when I try to go to the Aion site (aiononline.com), it says this page can not be displayed... little clarification if anyone could please.
