need help with champions preload plz

i got my key and validated it on the main site and on file planet and followed the instructions but when i try to preload it i get this error msg.

 

There was an error with the file reservation. This is probably due to your Download Manager version. Please make sure you have version 2.3.9.113 or greater installed. Download it from the URL above. After you install the new version, click the refresh my reservation link.

i have downloadin the fileplanet downloader it gives on the preload page anyone know how to fix this ? ty

 

ok thank you for your help it was my browser i switched to IE and it worked hope ta see ya all ingame

Your best bet would be to ticket it at fileplanet.

Or google the precise error message - you may get lucky if someone else has had the exact same problem and posted about it.

 I was using Chrome browser and I got the same message. Then switched to Firefox and clicked the link which seemed to work.

Are the keys still locked?  I downloaded the other day but its still saying 

"File downloaded, waiting for key to unlock

Est Date Available Mon Aug 17th"

i downloaded the preload about a couple of weeks ago and ive been waiting to unlock still and its 8am so ive just tried deleting the preload off my fileplanet download manager to see if that will effect the sequinceing
