Global Agenda = Guildwars set in the future?

Seems like a guild wars game that costs money monthly. With an addition of cross zone or "hex" team work from multi instances.
I wonder if it will work out. Seems interesting at least.
Maybe I have things wrong please feel free to correct me.

Well I did more research and read some posts on the subject. Should have read more threads before I asked the question.
