Will I need a new laptop?

I wanna be able to play CO with mininum lag, and I read the tech specs and Im not to certain: I would like a 3rd party advice.
My specs are
Nvidia Geforce 8600m GS/ 2284 Ramdac
4.0 Gigs
Intel Core Duo CPU T8100 @ 2.10 Ghz (I guess 4.2 ghz)
and its a HP notebook.

err isnt the requirement like half of what you have?
Can't you try it first? That would answer your question.
On this hardware, it should be playable. Don't expect it to run fine on High settings tho.
