They should make movement in worgen form different, maybe walking with all 4 hands/feet making it more realistic and cool imo.
Would look odd, imaging trying to strife while meleeing, you'll be up, down, up, down, up, down. In short it would look stupid.
On champions online that type of movement works fine I tried it myself making a lion hero moving with 4 hands/feet and is cool looking.
Alot of attacks in wow are instant cast, for it too look right you'll have to wait the halfsecond for worgen to animation from 4 feet to two feet or it wont look right. I am sure blizzard have tried this and deemed it fail too.
and since when has graphics matterd that mutch in an mmorpg, WoW looks pretty nice despite the Old engine it uses.
You're right, WoW looks ok especially with such an old engine. But graphics not mattering? I think that's mostly a thing of the past, as MMORPGs are more and more mainstream and not just for hardcore gamers. The more mainstream it is, the more people will pay attention to the graphics.
And to me personally, graphics matter as well. I mean I don't need to have good graphics to have fun. I'm still sometimes playing textbased MUDs which get along without graphics of any kind, and I'm having fun there. But when I play a regular MMORPG and dislike the models or something, then it annoys me a lot. Like LOTRO, loved the landscapes but I could find nearly no way to create a character with whom I'm content.
Opposite is Requiem Bloodymare. The characters there just look too cute.
In short:I think the statement "graphics don't matter in MMORPGs" ain't true anymore.

Let's play Fallen Earth (blind, 300 episodes)
Let's play Guild Wars 2 (blind, 45 episodes)
I don't think it was ever true, but thing that matters is art direction, not polygon count or AA.
