Routine War MMO
I'm looking for an F2P MMO that allows me to get into balanced, large scale PvP quickly, but isn't heavily reliant on equipment. A plus for me would be routine war time every few hours or days. Twelve Sky 2 is great, but the grind times are ridiculous, and I usually get crushed by players who have better equipment than me, not to mention the ridiculous farming to get the equipment. The idea of how war is emphasized in Twelve Sky 2 is what I'm looking for, but I'm simply looking for something that doesn't require me to grind my life away for some descent PvP action.
I'm not looking for an MMO that requires absolutely no effort to stand a chance in PvP, but an MMO that is forgiving when it comes to time spent.

EDIT: By the way, don't mention Shaiya; I have already tried it. It feels that there is more walking than fighting in that game...

Ever tried ShadowBane? its a free open PvP game where people battle out to control realms, even seige each other's forts and villages, they have wars pretty much every day and normally hundreds of players turn up to the battlefield. Oh and its not gear based either, if your build sucks, no matter what gear you where, people will still kick your ass.
Shadowbane was a great game, it´s a pity it closed its servers on the 1st of May.
You could try Rohan Online (Town wars) or maybe Regnum Online(RvR game).
