No confirmation email

I registered with the site and got the message stating that I was sent a confirmation email. I didn't receive one so I tried to log into the site anyway... no dice, but I was redirected to a page that told me to confirm my email address or get another confirmation email sent to my email address.

I chose to have another confirmation email sent to me, but have yet to receive anything.

Anyone else experience a similar issue and/or know how to get this sorted out?
