Help with Pre-order

in Aion

So I just pre ordered Aion I got it downloaded and all that good stuff.

The only problem I am having is when I try to log on it says "Cannot connect to the authorization server".

I tried to look it up and all I get is some forums that say it is going through maint but that was for early Aug.  Is it still going through maint or what?

Does anyone know how to fix this or is it something that I am just not getting here?

    The beta servers are not open.  They won't be open until open beta, which hasn't been annouced yet.
