I am pretty sure there is some Disney MMO or some Cartoon Network MMO called Toontown, where you run around and throw pies in people's faces, etc. Also there is a game called Penguin Club on miniclip.com that is kind of like a social MMO and I don't know how it works but it looks kind of cute and adorable.

Free Realms as is has the combat is fun and jolly, colourful graphics and fun minigames that also rewards with cash.
The £5 a month membership isn't to bad either and the content is greatly improved.
