i have been playing everquest for the past 4 years...just looking for somthing different...before i actualy go out and buy the game tho...i was just wondering what the monthly fee was

Shadowbane is a very exiting PvP MMORPG. It'll be much different than what you experienced in EQ, but you might like it. Shadowbane is more PvP, Guild, and Politicly oriented.

What I suggest is that you get a free, 15 day trial, and try the game out. I'd suggest starting off at a more populated servers such as Corruption, Vengeance, or Entropy. It doesn't charge you after your 15day trial is over, so don't worry about it.

I would have to suggest waiting for the newer games like WoW.

Shadowbane is dying off population wise, has problems that havent been fixed since beta, and they are getting worse and worse at communicating with the community over issues.

Its a good game, dont get me wrong, but there are better choices, especially long term.

People duped gold when it was possible, got special gear from GM's from events that are overpowered, and honestly starting off new you're at a huge disadvantage and its really not worth it for you can NEVER catch up to them.

If you're looking for a game for a month or two, go with SB, if you're looking for a game that will be long term and static and unpredictable (player action wise) go with WoW, for I think thats probably the best bet right now.

The bugs are being  fixed slowly but surely. The dupes well they happened just like they do in every game out there. Atleast UBI is tring to help save the server economies. As for FC gear it is not that bad and wait for ToO and see what happens.

Hi man Welcome!! The Game is a BLAST!!! Its a GREAT MMO do not let people sway you at all. Its PVP and its INTENSE BELIEVE ME!! But It is a ton of fun!!

I finished my freetrail a whileago and have subscribed for one month at a time. If it getsbetter with ToO then good. But alot of people are dumping SB for WoW and Guildwars. SB has alot more to offer than any other game out but it is unstable and laggy as hell. Go to WoW if your not into guild polotics and meaninfull pvp.

You are right alot of people are tring out WoW right now, but this has happened many times before with other new mmos were released. In about a month or so people will start moving back. ToO is going to change the game alot.
