"Your account has been set up" email???

I got a email a few days ago saying my account has been set up.  But I set my account up like 2 months ago.  So is anyone else getting this email, or should I be concerned that some kind of identity theft may be underway?

Maybe its just the standard pre-launch reconfiguration of accounts or something...

Yeah just to confirm it was an erroneous email that got sent out while they started preparing accounts for OB.
