I want to get back into a MMPOL game - ex- motor city online member

I'm looking for a MMPOL game that can hold my interest but so far i cant find one, hopefully its just eluding me, I'm looking for something fairly reality based like motor city online was, I miss it alot and got out of the MMPOL games because of how attached i got to it and there ability to just pull the plug on it, I dont want anything BY EA because there stickly led by there wallet and not there fanbase, they shut down motor city online to use a few extra computers for there online barbies game called "THe sims online" not even caring about the people who had alot of time and money invested into playing there game. I just want some kinda game were I can buy and sell items while complete some kinda goal on the side, I want a main lobby area were people can barder and BS.

Thanks in advance for any help.. ( money is a issue too so hopefully its not that expensive to get started)

lol i wish there was a motor city online 2.. although the first one was perfect..

I'm wanting some serious replys here.. help me find a way to spend my money and get hooked into a meaning less quest to become the ultimate person in a fake world..lol
