Upgrading Hardware question
Is there a site where it can detect what I can upgrade to ? I'm looking to upgrade my video ,sound cards and power supply. My pc in general is good but the video card is generic, Ati 2400xt Pcie, onboard sound and a 400 watt ps. Looking at all the sites like new egg it can get confusing whats compatible with the pc and my wallet . Thanks

The specifications of your Motherboard (the piece everything is going to plug into) will tell you what is and is not compatable. You need the model number from your board and you can search it on the net.
The model number is printed right on the board (sometimes on a sticker) and is real easy and plain to see if you remove the case. It'll be the largest grouping of letters/numbers. Typically it's to the lower right of the CPU in verticle alignment.
