So everyone is praising the character creator, but I was wondering: does the look of your hero change over the time? Like in many mmorpgs you start with a guy that looks like a bum or poor farmer, that slowly turns into a superhero in shining armor. Whats that like with champions online, since you define it's looks beforehand? After weeks of playing, does your char look exactly the same as at the moment you created it?

As you play you can unlock new armor pieces.
There are costume NPCs that you can pay to change your costume any time you like.
Gear drops are "enchancemetns" that have no visual effects so you don't change over time. You can how ever once you leave the Tutorial zones go to a Tailor and change your costume, add to it, change colors etc. There are costume unlocks and drops in the game and once you activate them you just sweep on over to the Tailor to add it or take a look at it. Plus once they fix the glow feature I'm sure alot of people will be hitting the Tailor to add glowing items or eyes etc to their toons.
Honestly though you can look Epic from the beginning. The chances of someone looking like you? Low unless you model your character after someone else.
kk thx

So does your character look after a long time of playing more impressive than when you start? Or just different?
If you never visit the Tailor then your toon looks the same forever.
