Idk what this is about entirely, but the GG errors are from the servers being down. You can read about it on Lani Blazier's twitter.
This is your punishment for being a legit customer.
The error is just because the GG server is down and it's not time for open beta yet. That's it.

Yes you actually have to pre-order the game or show you're interested to participate in the OB.
I would never install a game that has gameguard associated with it. It's a rootkit that is VERY difficult to remove once installed. Why NCSoft decided to use this is beyond me....lazy devs?
It has been stated that near the US and EU launches they're going to remove GG, because they know we EXTREMELY hate the system. So just sit back and listen to Getting Better by the Beatles.

My guess is it is a really cheap program and thus is favorable to developers over spending more money and time to create their own type of gameguard.

Then I guess its a waiting game to see if this actually transpires. If it doesn't, I see it as a hinderance to some players wanting to play this game. Gameguard has been known to miss a lot of third-party programs used for botting. It's more of an annoyance to legit players who would rather not have this on their computer for all time.

Well that would be nice if they removed GG. One of the main reasons I have stayed away from this title is because of GG . Have tried several things to work around it, but seems to crash my PC in the end no matter what. Just waiting on Windows 7 so I can get a clean install in my system and be sure GG is out.

If GG is removed it would be very nice, I to have had nothing but problems with it on my system over the past 2 years.

Don't listen to MrPhire. No one from NCSoft ever said that GameGuard would be removed from Aion.
The only thing that was ever stated against GG by an NCSoft employee was that they understand player's frustration with GG and were looking for possible alternatives.
But, a week or so later it was posted in one of the Aion twitter feeds that GameGuard would not be removed from Aion.
GameGuard has been part of Lineage 2 for a while now and even though hundreds / thousands of people complain about it, it's not going anywhere. Aion will be no different.
Now. I hate GameGuard. Not because of the crashing or error messages it causes, but because it makes a game seem cheap, causes issues with legitimate programs and hardware, and does absolutely nothing to stop cheaters.
The only thing that GameGuard does do is causes legitimate players to become frustrated.
Having said that. I have absolutely no idea what the OP is talking about. From the gibberish I could decipher it seems like GameGuard detected a virus on his computer and he couldn't get it removed so he had to reformat. Which would not have been GameGuard's fault. And actually would be a good thing because there's no telling what that file was doing to your system.
Am I correct in that assumption, OP? Because, honestly, it's really hard to tell what you're talking about.

... you must not goto Hack Forums much then, i go there and watch them bitch and moan about how GG Fucks up there attempts at altering the memory and blah blah blah, ive seen about 4 hackers who can actualy bypass GG, and GUESS WHAT just about every month they have to come up with a new way to do it and when they do they post the interwebs with there hack they create because of it, next month time to do it all over again (most of the time) REAL HACKERS, are brilliant people, not people who download hacks and hit Start and get the benifits the PEOPLE who CREATE the hacks are brilliant and they work really really hard to get pass GG, so yes it causes MANY MANY frustrations with legit players just trying to play the game, but trust me no GG = 100X more hackers, but an active GM squad would also crush hackers attempts so i dont see why they dont just get about like 10 players who are active to be GMs and moderate the game for them lol, give them the power to ban, and make them write like 10,000 words for every ban as to why they did it, and you wont see them abusing their power either lol
my point is... GG helps even if you dont relise it, u dont relise it BECAUSE YOU DONT SEE ALL THE FAILED HACK ATTEMPTS

Ok well I am sorry for the misinformation. But damn do you bite everyone's head off? Fuck. Also whats the date/time on the tweet, and blame someone else for spreading that info. I find GG as an excuse for being cheap. But the OP should just wait for the launch and then bitch about the errors. A lot of the errors atm are because A) Aion servers are down and
GG servers tend to be updating for the specific game as well. So as I said sit back relax. When Sept 6th comes around any real issue with be found. Ohh and by the way, your an asshole.
