I'm sure there was a digital download option on the UK retailers page on the CO website yesterday. Not there now. I remember being annoyed because, as usual, it cost more than the boxed version from Amazon.
It's available via Steam.
I think Direct2Drive has it as well.
Is the game any good? And is it skill based or Lvling ?

Both. Your choice in stat focus and abilities play a big factor but you do also level in order to unlock more stats increases (you get to choose what goes where), abilities, and abiilty enhancements. What you get to do with each level up though is different some levels you increase stats, some you rank up add enhancements to abilities you have, and others you buy new abilities (from any skill tree you want).
On steam EU version of CO cost 50 € LOL 1$=1€ non sence, Any other site?
