Couple Quick Questions...

1. Do "event" items eventually disappear from your inventory if you don't use them? (eg-I'm thinking of the alphabet items available during the current event, which say "usable until sept.23", and I'm wondering what happens if you dont use them by that date).

2. Are there any quests/areas later in the game with very difficult jumps/action-oriented obstacles? I'm still in the beginning stages right now (warrior village).

Thanks :)

    1.  Yes they disappear if it has a " usable until " label on it.   Normally it stays in your inventory until you log in then it disappears the next time you log in after the 23rd.

    2.  People in MS generally call them JQs " Jump Quests ".   From what I remember there 5 JQs with a few other quests that has min JQs in them.

    - John in Lith Harbor offers 2  ( JQ takes place in sleepywood )

    - Shumi in Kerning City offers 3

    - A guy in sleepywood offers 3 JQs ( JQ takes place in ellinia )

    - The guild quest north of perion has a stage with a few small jqs

    - The 2nd stage in the Zakum quests is a very long one  ( I believe this is the most challenging )

Hidden street is a good website with a lot of maple information.

    Off topic:

    Man I wish this game would have stayed with the feeling it had back near beta.   I would play this game seriously again if it had a p2p server with;

    - More balanced 4th job skills  ( why do some classes dominate training, but are 100% excluded from boss fights )

    - More reliance on Item maker

    - The current experience curve

    - No experience or item drop rate bonuses ( except events )

    - Party experience modified

TBH, I think this is the only game on the market with a few changes would actually be a viable WOW killer.

Thanks for the info :) Blargh, I think I'll skip the jump quests if I can, I'm terrible at jumping...:s

Haven't gotten to my 4th job yet or tried playing with a party...

I'll check out Hidden Street too :)
