Question for Beta Testers only:

Which class seems to be the best solo class so far.  I know nothing is set in stone as it is still beta, and even once the game is released it could change, but as of right now which one is best.  I like to group but sometimes I can't find one or don't have time.

DAoC: Level 42 Paladin

Like: DAoC, CoH, WOW, GW, DnL
Dislike: SoR, EQ, EQ2, SWG, KO, AC2
Don't Care About: Most Everything Else

Right now it is the priests who can solo a little easier than others. But thats just because they can heal themselves.

Actually I would say a good majority are solable

I have a predator (scout class) and have been soloing with him for 19 levels now. Ive been in only 2 groups from lvls 1-19

I would think the worse class to solo in would probably be Mage --> enchanter...and it's not even that hard to solo with them..it's just a little more challenging.

From what I have experienced (played all races and classes so far)

The easiest to solo is a

fighter--Warrior with a Kerra (tiger race)

The second easiest solo is a

scout --Predator Wood Elf

Third easist would be a toss up between a

fighter --Warrior Barbarian

mage --Sorcerer Dark Elf

 

But like I said...you can pretty much solo in any class out there. I also found a priest --druid a little hard to solo in as well but it can be done; you just have to pick your battles.

And yes, you can solo from lvls 1 to 25 quite easily (Ive done it with no problems). However, it is common sense if you want to level faster, grouping is the way to go.
