    Ya same for me, I was thinking maybe everyone is already signing up and we cant get in lol. Hopefully its they are doing the sign ups.

    good, its not just me who can't go there... it would nice if signups came at the end of this downtime but i'm not going to be too optimistic

    It's funny.. everytime the site/server/forums go down there is a post about maybe it is time for OB.. one of these times...

    no we are ok its mine to i was on about 20 min. ago and no OB i think that they might be updating for it =)image i hope they are and thank Eq2 for pushing up the release date lol

    I wouldn't get your hopes up too much, but it would make sense for them to do it to counter the recent EQ2 'release date update' which is probably just marketing hype to steal Blizzards thunder.


    I'd love nothing more than to see Blizzard make a post saying they were skipping open beta and releaseing on the 1st as a way of giving SOE the finger.

    really you think that low lol i would say normal chance about 10% but sence Eq2 has been changed to the 8th i would think that blizzard is gunna be getting this out asap if they want to compete with them because they know they will lose players to Eq2 if they dont come out within 2 or so days of eo so i say about 40% its beta and 10% it a crash and 50% another filler update to try to keep us intertained even though we are not lol

    Minor maintenance issue and is not related in any way to the start of Open Beta, which will not occur for awhile.

    I have a sick feeling that if EQ2 comes out on the 8th that WoW is gonna lose alot of money. There are alot of people who are just gonna buy the first one that comes out.
