Trading based on insider information leads to the resignation of a CSM member

On Thursday, September 3rd, a member of the CSM (Council of Stellar Management) bought items in order to stockpile them before a game design change would be implemented. Insider information was used as the basis of this trade, when the CSM member realized his mistake he decided to step down from his post.

The CSM is a democratically elected representative council, manned by players elected by players for the implementation of new ideas or the improvement of existing features in EVE.
