Hi How do i get to the City ?

    Quests should lead you there around level 9.  I wouldn't know how to get there without the quest as I believe it was what teleported me initially.

     

    Might help if you specify race as well -- Elyos or Asmodian

    From what I know it is impossible for a player to get to a city without ascending. You must be a daeva to be let into the city. Along with that fact, only Daeva's can teleport.

    Pretty sure you have to complete the campaign quests to ascend (the quests marked by yellow symbols.

    After the starter are it is up to you but I have a suspicion that if you do not complete the main campaign quests you may get gimped later in game i.e. certain rewards unavailable etc

    I will also chime in with the crowd. You need to complete the main quest line on the island and then you well get ported there.. after that you'll be able to go back and forth.
