While they are certainly trying to accomodate the european players, and attempting to get Paypal to fix their system, it might be good to remember that this game is not released in europe, or anywhere else but the USA.
All other areas are 'If you want to buy it by direct download, and play on the US based server, fine, go ahead... we'll even say that we'll be planning on figuring a way for you to transfer your character when/if we actually create a Euro server.'
The lack of europeans who know how to get/use a debit card is not, actually, Icarus's fault...
Many games can modify the spawn rate on the fly. So that might solve the problems with people camping the same spawns.

I still laugh because in beta there were temporarily two servers and then they took one down. Those on the defunct server were all like, what there was a wipe? where's my character?...~chortle~

this sentence alone makes any and all of your statements moot. if you don't realize why, then it starts to look really sad for you.
